Kapil Agarwal has over 23 years of experience providing business and technology solutions with a focus on process development, reengineering and best practices. Since 2005, he has utilized his Enterprise and SMB applications skills to implement NetSuite to a wide array of companies in the software, manufacturing, distribution, education, healthcare and financial services industries. Before founding Upaya, he spent one year at NetSuite in Professional Services and five years at Oracle in various capacities as a Financial & Accounting Expert for Oracle Applications. Kapil continues to lead a course specializing in data relationships and database design at DeAnza College (California). He is an ex-Manorite (St George's College, Mussorie, India) and holds an M.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India Kapil enjoys biking and listening to music to relax.
Marinka Rohlffs has over 12 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance. She is an accomplished Netsuite ERP Consultant with proven results in management, client relationships and developing out of the box solution. She has built a strong team at Upaya with expertise in Finance that has been a critical factor in the success of Upaya’s clients. Before joining Upaya, she was a Technical Support in Netsuite for 3 years.
Marinka has passion for cooking and interior designing and loves to travel and spending time with her kids.
Krishan graduated from Guelph Humber University in Toronto, Canada in 2001 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Internet Technology Management. He has accumulated over 12 years of consulting experience working with reputed IT companies, managing & overseeing project management, IT Consulting and the successful initiation, execution & delivery of software projects in a diverse range of technologies. Krishan is adept in all phases of project development, from concept through realization and able to translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements. Before joining Upaya, he spent over two years at NetSuite Canada Office and five years as SAP CRM/SD Consultant on various projects. His unique ability to think strategically and creatively as well as from the management and/or consultant role, gives him a unique perspective that helps Upaya accelerate its business success. Krishan has a son and loves to spend time with his family. He enjoys outdoor activities and doing anything with kids.
Bhavna Agarwal has over 17 years of sales and marketing experience with small & mid size business. She brings with her invaluable experience of working with IT firms and financial institutions. She spearheads marketing and Sales efforts at Upaya-The Solution.
She has established the framework of sales and marketing structure at Upaya. Her strength has been her successful customer centric strategies and plans. Under her able guidance, Upaya has grown from 20 customers to 400+ customers in a span of 2 years. She has a Bachelors degree from Lady Irwin College, India and MBA from Cornell University.
Bhavna learns Kathak ( Indian classical dance form) and volunteers at various non-profit organizations in her spare time.
As Head of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Services at Upaya, David works with our clients to deliver successful deployments of budgeting and planning tools such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (Oracle PBCS) and Workday Adaptive Planning.
David brings 20+ years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise cloud software for accounting and FP&A. David has been a successful team-builder at several start-ups and established companies, and most recently he built and managed an EPM practice at Oracle that helped hundreds of customers to go live on NetSuite ERP and Planning and Budgeting.
In his leisure time, David enjoys spending time with family, engaging in non-profit organization activities and traveling around the world.
Osric Dixon has over 25 years of experience effectively transforming businesses leveraging people, processes and information technology to scale companies. Osric is responsible for Upaya's overall project management function and operations, providing leadership, integration and management of PMO processes and functions to improve the consistency and efficiency of Upaya's project delivery.
Osric is developing and leading the project/program management office (PMO): The PMO is a ‘Centre of Excellence’ that helps achieve better quality, consistency and oversight of projects by developing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards and tools. And establishing the organization’s approach to the full life cycle of projects: This includes everything from project planning, initiation, resourcing and execution to monitoring, control, completion and operational reviews of the same.
Osric has completed Masters of Science Administration course work from Saint Michael's College Winooski Vermont, a B.S. Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State University and a MBA from University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
Osric enjoys traveling with his two sons and wife, golfing and working on large scale complex humanitarian fund raising activities.
Tim Clark brings to Upaya a strong background in leading and growing sales into enterprise businesses and education sectors. Over the course of his 20+ successful years career in technology and consulting services, he has led teams to create a shared vision, making strategic decisions while driving operational excellence and growth.
Earlier in his career, Tim held executive sales leadership positions at Gumdrop, WorkRite, SysKonnect GmbH, and Tektronix/Xerox.
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree of Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.
For fun he loves spending time with his family and dogs....and of course anything with a motor that goes fast!
Michael Santos has over 12 years of experience in the field of Administration, CRM, SFA and SuiteBuilder. Prior to joining Upaya, he worked with NetSuite for 9 years as Technical Support and eventually promoted as one of the Team Leads for CRM/SFA and Account Admin. With his leadership skills, he helped Upaya manage the Manila Team.
Michael has 6 dogs and loves to cook, play bowling and travel.
Diane Nonato has over 15 years in the field of Customer Service and Technical Support. Before joining Upaya, she has worked in NetSuite for 8 years as part of Technical Support, Support Management and Customer Account Management. Prior to NetSuite, she has various BPO experiences that built her customer and technical support foundation which includes being an associate software engineer for in-house software, and network systems. Her strength is to think "out of the box" solutions.
Diane is a doting "fur-mom" to four dogs, and supports local animal welfare organizations. She loves to read thriller novels especially from Michael Palmer, James Patterson and Dan Brown.
