Kapil Agarwal has over 15 years of experience providing business and technology solutions with a focus on process development, reengineering and best practices. Since 2005, he has utilized his Enterprise and SMB applications skills to implement NetSuite to a wide array of companies in the software, manufacturing, distribution, education, healthcare and financial services industries. Before founding Upaya, he spent one year at NetSuite in Professional Services and five years at Oracle in various capacities as a Financial & Accounting Expert for Oracle Applications.
Kapil continues to lead a course specializing in data relationships and database design at DeAnza College (California). He is an ex-Manorite (St George’s College, Mussorie, India) and holds an M.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India
Asif an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi started off his career being a part of the initial development team of one of the most successful products to come out of India, Flexcube. He was involved with the implementation of Flexcube, a comprehensive Core Banking Solution across multiple banks like Citibank UK Plc, Citibank Singapore, Diamond Trust Bank, Access Bank, Federal Bank of Middle East, State Bank of Mauritius, Citibank Poland, Korambank, and many more. He has been closely associated with the Banking and Financial Services Industry and has an in-depth knowledge of the same.
At Upaya, he is responsible for taking to Market new products for which we built a storyboard from scratch and also for products that range from Desktop tools to Enterprise Wide Solutions. He strongly believes that if you can provide a clear vision and motivation to your team, then you can go ahead and achieve anything that you set out to. At Upaya, we are focused on building a world class Netsuite practice.
On a personal front, Asif is married and has a daughter and a son. He enjoys watching movies, listening to music and shaking a leg whenever he gets a chance!
Krishan graduated from Guelph Humber University in Toronto, Canada in 2001 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Internet Technology Management. He has accumulated over 12 years of consulting experience working with reputed IT companies, managing & overseeing project management, IT Consulting and the successful initiation, execution & delivery of software projects in a diverse range of technologies. Krishan is adept in all phases of project development, from concept through realization and able to translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements. Before joining Upaya, he spent over two year at NetSuite Canada Office and five years as SAP CRM/SD Consultant on various projects.
His unique ability to think strategically and creatively as well as from the management and/or consultant role, gives him a unique perspective that helps Upaya accelerate its business success.
Krishan has a son and loves to spend time with his family. He enjoys outdoor activities and doing anything with kids.
Marinka Rohlffs has over 7 years of experience in the field of accounting, financial analysis and reporting. She has background in Data Analysis, Payables, Receivables, Team Management and Customer Service. Before joining Upaya, she worked with Netsuite for 3 years as Technical Support Architect.
Marinka's has built a strong team at Upaya with expertise in Finance that has been a critical factor in the success of Upaya's Clients.
She holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Philippine School of Business Administration.
Marinka has a daughter and they love to spend time on the beach.
Bhavna Agarwal has over 14 years of sales and marketing experience with small & mid size business. She brings with her invaluable experience of working with IT firms and financial institutions. She spearheads marketing and Sales efforts at Upaya-The Solution.
She has established the framework of sales and marketing structure at Upaya. Her strength has been her successful customer centric strategies and plans. Under her able guidance, Upaya has grown from 20 customers to 400+ customers in a span of 2 years. She has a Bachelors degree from Lady Irwin College, India.
